Björn has previously worked at Telia as CEO of Telia MegaCom, CEO of a Swedish subsidiary of Cap Gemini. Member of DEC’s executive management and specialist and management functions at IBM and as Sales Director at Quatar Telecom. Björn has also had up to 30 board assignments at listed and unlisted companies worldwide.
Education: BA Business in Computers & Economics, Stockholm’s University. Other assignments: Chairman of Mawell OY, Flanderit Holding AB, Colabitoil Sweden AB and Compound Semiconductor Technology AB. Member of Connode AB and Profit Software OY.

Previous assignments include Investment Director in Industrifonden (1998-2008), CEO of IMC AB (1993- 1998) and vice president of Silicon Technology, the Institute of Micro Electronics (1987-1992). A number of ongoing board assignments such as Cobolt AB, Kisel Microelectronics AB and Qulsar Sweden AB. Dag is also a member of IVA - The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.

Keith Halsey, born 1957Member of the Board

Founder, venture capitalist, board member and CEO of several electronics companies in USA and UK since 1990, for example Lyte-Optronics, Demeter Technologies Inc., Myacom Ltd., and Northlight Optronics. These companies have, under Halsey's management, been acquired by large corporations like AXT Inc., Finisar Inc., Telspec TLC and Highway Optics. Has been a major owner and board member in the Scottish optoelectronics company CST Ltd. since 2001. The shares in Sivers IMA is owned via his company Nutwell Investment.
Halsey has also developed other type of companies, beside his engagements in optoelectronics companies, among them the whiskey distillery Bruichladdich, Islay, Scotland which was sold to Remy Martin in 2012.

Previous assignments include CEO at Medfield Diagnostics, VP R&D and VP Product Area Microwave at Ericsson and will contribute with extensive knowledge and experience in both business development and product management within telecom and complex systems.
